Obviously I want to take care of my skin, but on a budget!! Specifically, I’m going to share a few of my most favorite beauty items that I get from Amazon. Some I have been using a while, and others I have recently found and LOVE. And obviously, with a Prime membership, you can get most of these items in a day or two without having to leave the comfort of your sofa!
Okay, let’s talk Amazon products:
Glycolic Acid Cleanser
This. Holy cleanser. I have had blackheads and bad breakouts for years now, and have tried everything. I started using this cleanser a few weeks ago and it has not only cleared up my skin completely but made it super soft and made my makeup go on smoother! I use it 3-4 times a week (typically every other day). Check out the cleanser here.
Makeup Brush Cleaning Mat
I’ll admit, I didn’t worry about cleaning my makeup brushes regularly until recently. My face was breaking out constantly, and I was tired of wearing more and more makeup to not feel scary looking. I found this mat on Amazon and it makes cleaning your brushes super easy! Get the mat here.
Drybar Hair Rollers
I have naturally straight-ish thick hair, but it’s not so thick on my scalp. I love having some volume and use Living Proof Volume Blast spray, but I like to put one of these rollers in while I do my makeup! It helps add some body with minimal effort which I’m ALL about. Check out the rollers here.
3/4″ Curling Iron
This iron! I was skeptical at first because what curling iron could actually curl hair and let it hold that was only $25?! This one!! My hair is a medium-length (sits right below my shoulders) and this gives me the perfect messy curl and wave look I love. Check out the curling iron here.
Olly Sleep Gummies
To be honest, I’ve only used these a few times but my husband swears by these! He has such a hard time falling asleep (and staying asleep) especially on work nights or before he leaves to go out of town. These have been miracle workers for him! The regular strength and extra strength are great for nights you need a little help falling asleep! Sleep gummies here.
Also – I use the Prenatal version of these, and love them! They taste great and are easy to get down. They also don’t make me feel nauseous or anything like others did. I will say I take them at night which I think helps, but that’s just me! Prenatal vitamins here.
Loving Tan 2-Hour Express
If you haven’t watched it before, Jen from Sister Studio did a video on the different colors different self tanners have as an undertone, and through that, I found Loving Tan! I have loved every self tanner I’ve used, but this one matches my skin perfectly and makes my tan look super natural! I personally use the Express version, but the regular is just as good! I use the shade dark, but would recommend either light or medium if you are new to self tanning! Self tanner available here.
